1. Program qsonaut („Program”) jest udostępniany bezpłatnie jako wersja testowa.
   Możesz go instalować i używać na dowolnej liczbie własnych komputerów, także
   do prowadzenia prawdziwego dziennika łączności.

2. Możesz przekazywać innym osobom niezmienione pliki instalacyjne Programu,
   bezpłatnie i razem z tą licencją.

3. Nie wolno: sprzedawać Programu ani pobierać opłat za jego udostępnienie;
   modyfikować go ani rozpowszechniać zmienionych wersji; dekompilować go ani
   odtwarzać jego kodu źródłowego, z wyjątkiem przypadków, na które wprost
   zezwala prawo.

4. Dane, które zapisujesz w Programie (dziennik, ustawienia, pliki eksportu),
   należą do Ciebie. Licencja nie daje autorowi żadnych praw do tych danych.

5. Program jest dostarczany „tak jak jest”, bez żadnej gwarancji, w tym
   gwarancji przydatności do określonego celu. To wersja testowa: może zawierać
   błędy, także prowadzące do utraty danych. Rób kopie (eksport ADIF). W
   najszerszym zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo autor nie odpowiada za szkody
   wynikłe z używania Programu.

6. Program zawiera komponenty innych autorów, udostępniane na ich własnych
   licencjach; wykaz i treść tych licencji są w pliku THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.
   Niniejsza licencja ich nie ogranicza.

7. Autor może w przyszłości wydać Program na innej licencji, w tym otwartej.
   Nie zmienia to praw do wersji, które już otrzymałeś.

1. The qsonaut program ("the Program") is provided free of charge as a test
   release. You may install and use it on any number of your own computers,
   including for keeping a real station log.

2. You may pass unmodified installation files of the Program on to others,
   free of charge and together with this licence.

3. You may not: sell the Program or charge for making it available; modify it
   or distribute modified versions; decompile it or reconstruct its source
   code, except where the law expressly permits this.

4. The data you keep in the Program (log, settings, export files) belongs to
   you. This licence gives the author no rights to that data.

5. The Program is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, including
   fitness for a particular purpose. It is a test release: it may contain
   defects, including ones that lose data. Keep copies (ADIF export). To the
   fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damage
   arising from the use of the Program.

6. The Program includes components by other authors, provided under their own
   licences; their list and texts are in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file. This
   licence does not restrict them.

7. The author may release the Program under a different licence in the future,
   including an open-source one. This does not change your rights to versions
   you have already received.

In case of doubt the Polish version prevails.
